Dazzling white petals with bright red center and deep maroon pecotee edge are a graphic delight. Spring blooms are held on loose mounds of gray-green foliage. May rebloom in fall if promptly deadheaded. Traditional perennial of the English cottage garden, these plants are widely adaptable. Equally suited to formal as well as informal borders. Exquisite in well selected containers. Prefers well drained soil and even moisture. Evergreen perennial. Fast growing 8 to 14 inches tall and wide in bloom.
