Catalog Description
Famous for its disproportionately large pink flowers produced copiously in spring. This cactus is both desert and flower garden material. Cylindrical form features white spine jeweled ribs. An essential of the Southwestern garden but equally coveted for modern architecture. Year-round beauty for an arid well drained landscape or in porous containers. Not particular as to fertility but express drainage is a must. Clumping habit. Slow growth to 1 foot tall, 2 feet wide.
