Catalog Description
A gorgeous urn-shaped rosette with a soft appearance. Blue green foliage is variegated with bright yellow margins. Highly drought resistant plant well suited to xeriscape or desert gardens and exotic landscapes. Off-sets to produce clump with time, blooms once after 8 to 10 years. Demands excellent drainage. Evergreen. Full sun, part shade in low desert. Fast growing to 3 feet tall and as wide.

Bright golden-yellow edges make this a focal point in the landscape either in the ground or a large container. Mass for greater effect. Leaves do not have teeth. Provide some shade in the low desert. Evergreen.
Care Instructions

Provide a well drained soil away from reflected heat. After establishment, can tolerate drought, but looks best with regular watering during the hot season. Mother plant will die after flowering but new suckers from below the rosette perpetuate the plant.
