Campanula medium, Canterbury bells, is a biennial. It's commonly produced as a cut flower crop or for use in the landscape. It has large saucer-shaped blue flowers on tall stems.
Reseed each year in late spring or early summer to have flowering plants the following spring. A nice looking plant when planted in small or large groups. Plants usually grow 2-4 feet tall. Mulch in zone 5 during winter.
