This attractive perennial plant features large, showy, deep red petals bordered with yellow and a deep orange-red center. The flowers cover the compact one foot tall and wide plants throughout the summer, especially if the spent flowers are dead-headed. Leave spent flower heads on in late summer for fall and winter intest. Attracts butterflies.
It is a drought tolerant plant for full sun.
