A compact Iris with fragrant, purple flowers on stems to 6 inches. It is an early spring bloomer. The leaves will elongate following bloom and then fade by late spring.

Plant in fall. Do not overwater when bulb is dormant. This Iris looks best when planted in large masses and can be used as a cut flower.
